The hotel is ideal and fantastic with incredibly nice staff in a he evening shift. The room is reasonably large and essentials you need, including central heating and TV set, is right there. The venue is at 1 mile distance from the airport...

Everything was good, nonetheless we stayed for 1 night only. The restaurant was good for meals except breakfast, we ordered simple dishes. The location a short walk from city centre was perfect and exceptionally nice. The property was set in an industrialised area.

This so-called hotel didn't meet the expectations after looking at the pictures, the room was dark and smelled old. I also didn't receive any complimentary gesture after the inconvenience of a broken desk lamp-how rude! Could have been a nice stay but it just wasn't. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

the staff was extremely friendly without being intrusive. the rooms were brand-new with large beds and satisfactory breakfasts.

The free shuttle bus service was terrific and really appreciated after a long journey. It came quickly and efficiently. The driver that picked us up was professional and friendly.Also, the bathroom in our room was modern and sleek. My kid appreciated the wi-fi connection in our room. If we are ever in Lyon again and need a hotel, we will certainly come back to your hotel.

Our room wake up call was 15 minutes late.

Room cleanliness was questionable, but breakfast options and convenient location were great!

Shuttle to-from the between Airport.

(1) Lighting was poor in the room. The older you get the more strain is required to see under poor lighting, which adds to the problem but overall makes it difficult to read, write etc. (2) I wanted to have a glass of wine in the restaurant but was denied and told that I could only have it at the bar. I wanted to be around people and the bar was empty. Regardless, I am not a drinker and really don't want to drink in the bar. So you lost my business with the glass of wine. I hope you'll reconsider the fact that a glass of wine in a nice atmosphere is pleasant. (3) I enjoy ice if I have water in my room. No public ice is available and I have to ask someone in the restaurant to provide the ice for me. Take Care...

The location is perfect for an overnight stay before a flight, with a friendly reception team and excellent shower pressure.

The staff were excellent and the guest rooms were well designed and very comfortable.

Very clean, close to airport (walking paths allowed me to walk from Avis), breakfast was good, staff were helpful, bed was comfortable, price was good.

Very shabby hotel!!! The internet is practically nonexistent. The management appears incompetent. I was promised a wake-up call that never came!!! Consider replacing the outdated decor to improve ambiance!!!

Near located to the airport. Good breakfast, even breakfast is available from 3.00 am on. Free parking places.

Very small rooms. No permanent staff on the hotel bar.
